4. PRICING & PAYMENT

- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of your order is what you'll be charged
- Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address
- We accept: Shopify Payments, all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Full payment is required at time of order — no invoicing, no COD

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & FRAUD PROTECTION

When you place an order, it counts as an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it — not when payment is authorized.

- Pricing errors or product listing mistakes
- Duplicate orders or bot-generated transactions
- Orders that violate these Terms
- Orders from customers with a history of chargebacks or disputes

If we cancel your order, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We take pride in taking care of every customer. Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, please email us at lucielgwapa@gmail.com — 99% of issues can be resolved directly and quickly.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:
- Provide your bank with full order documentation (tracking, delivery confirmation, communication history)
- Ban future orders from customers who file fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks
- Pursue reimbursement of chargeback fees where fraud is proven

We're not scared of chargebacks — we just want a fair shot at making it right first.

The Grill Gadget Guy is designed for outdoor grilling and cooking use. By using our product, you agree to:

- Use only for its intended purpose (roasting hot dogs and similar foods on a grill or fire pit)
- Not attempt to modify, disassemble, or use the product in ways not intended by the manufacturer

Grill Gadget Guy is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow basic grill safety.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against Grill Gadget Guy. All claims must be brought individually.
